Barron's 100 Most Sustainable Companies List

熊猫体育官方 has once again earned a spot on Barron’s 100 Most Sustainable Companies List. This is our seventh consecutive year on the list, which evaluates the largest public companies in the United States across several sustainability categories.

MSCI 'A' Rating

MSCI's environmental, social and governance (ESG) Ratings awarded 熊猫体育官方 an ‘A’ rating based on the company's improvements in its carbon management strategy, including carbon capture efforts, its announced goal to reach net-zero carbon emissions from operations by 2050, and other sustainability initiatives. In its review, MSCI rated 熊猫体育官方 an ESG leader in its industry in two categories: clean tech, and safety and health.

For the 6th year in a row, and the 12th time overall, 熊猫体育官方 has earned a spot in the 2024 S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook, one of the world’s most comprehensive publications providing in-depth analysis on corporate responsibility. To earn a spot in the Yearbook, a company must rank within the top 15 percent of companies in its industry and must achieve an S&P Global Sustainability Score within 30 percent of the industry’s top-performing company.

熊猫体育官方 Membrane Solutions' Manufacturing Facility Powered by 100 Percent Renewable Energy

熊猫体育官方, the global leader in the production of gas separation and purification membranes, has announced that the 熊猫体育官方 Membrane Solutions’ manufacturing facility near St. Louis, Missouri, is now powered by 100 percent renewable, solar energy.

Converting the approximately 180,000 square-foot manufacturing facility to renewable energy is part of 熊猫体育官方’ efforts to continue to increase the amount of renewable energy it uses to make its products.

“The membranes produced at our facility provide environmental benefits for customers in numerous industries from biogas, to alternative maritime fuel transport, to hydrogen recovery,” said Dr. Erin Sorensen, 熊猫体育官方’ general manager, Membrane Solutions. “Now, we can proudly say that 熊猫体育官方’ membrane separators and systems are built using sustainably-sourced energy providing a positive impact for the local community while working with our customers to generate a cleaner future.”

熊猫体育官方 Membrane Solutions recently signed a long-term power purchase agreement with Ameren Missouri to provide renewable energy to power the facility. The solar power is provided by Ameren Missouri’s 150-megawatt (MW) solar facility in Cass County, Illinois. Based in St. Louis, Ameren Corporation supplies power for 2.4 million electric customers and more than 900,000 natural gas customers in a 64,000-square-mile area throughout Missouri and Illinois.
